Problemas Dragon age Inquisition

hello I write to you because I have a problem with dragon age inquisition xbox360.
The first time I bought it, it was grated, and when I installed it as I progressed, I had missions that I could not do, because the icon did not appear to complete a mission, or the enemies I killed did not give me the obel to do mission.
Buy a new game and erase cache, format the xbox, I set up initial configuration, and reinstall the game, but I'm still the same.
What I do?

hola les escrivo porque tengo un problema con dragon age inquisition xbox360.
La primera vez que lo compre estaba rallado, y cuando lo instale jugue amedida que avanzaba havia misiones que no podia hacer, porque no me aparecia el icono para completar mision, o los enemigos que mataba no me daban el obgeto para hacer mision.
Compre un nuevo juego y borre cache, formatee la xbox, puse configuracion inicial, y reinstale el juego, pero me sigue pasando lo mismo.
Que hago?
