I’m having the exact same issue.

For orders and any associated code, you will need to speak with the retailer you purchased it from. EA only handles orders from the EA app or its online store. 

If you are missing a code from the shipment and did not receive a follow-up one from Amazon I would recommend continuing to speak with their support.

I'm having the same issue. Amazon are acting like there's not a pre order bonus and have hung up on me twice. Spoken multiple times using amazon live chat and have been on the phone to multiple agents.

Is there anyway to get this sorted so I can get the code?

I can prove when I ordered it where I ordered it and give you my order number from amazon.

Having same issue. Spoken to Amazon twice, they are claiming they haven't received any codes. Spoken to EA twice, claiming they can't help but have flagged it as an issue. Both EA and Amazon want me to talk to Playstation about it for some reason now!

I have the same issue, already checked the email and receipt, no code on either, pre-ordered it on Amazon, how can we solve this?

Same issue with best buy

I have had exactly the same issue with Amazon.co.uk. I  pre-ordered the ps5 standard copy. After talking on the phone to Amazon for over 1 hour they refuse to accept that these codes are their responsibility to send out. They said to contact the publisher or contact PlayStation! They offered me a refund however I am absolutely loving the game and I just want the code I was promised as I can not time travel back to the past and preorder from a different company ☹️

I ordered through xbox live, they referred me to you. 

Amazon never gave me the code.

I just spoke with Best Buy as I am having the same issue and hadn't received a code yet.  The rep there informed me they received notification from EA/BioWare that the codes for the pre-order bonuses were delayed and should be available (at least from Best Buy) on Monday, Nov. 4.  Hopefully this holds true for other retailers if you purchased the game online.

i spoke with best buy today and i got with a supervisor and they told me that they only received 1000 codes, and so only the first 1000 preorders would get the code and theyre not restocking or going to get more

pretty much , were all out of luck and they dont care at all

I have also experienced the same Pre-ordered from Amazon. And the conclusion was “there was no code to email”. 

if that’s the case, then that was false advertising. 

Apologies for the delayed response. I contacted Amazon & they told me that I'd receive the code yesterday but have yet to receive anything. I'm going to try and contact them again later today

Contacted amazon again and still no one actually helping me.

Don't know if I was just getting the idiots but none were understanding me when I was saying I didn't get the pre order bonus code.

So I broke down today and opened my physical deluxe edition copy and to my surprise my deluxe upgrade code includes the preorder bonus. Hope this helps anyone else who preordered a physical copy of the deluxe edition!

I'm starting to think EA never sent out any codes to the retailers because we're hearing stories from lots of other people from different storefronts saying they never received their codes, and when they contacted the retailer they have no clue what they're talking about. Absolutely appalling on EA's part

Aye there's no way that's it's the retailers fault if so many different stores have been saying they're not getting them.

I had this issue with getting the pre order bonus with star wars but just put it to the retailer that time. Now I think it's all just cause of EA
