@milesdl92 Purchases like this from Xbox are entitled to your Xbox account. When content isn't in the game, it is due to the purchase itself and the entitlements the purchase applies. Xbox sends these cards, but EA does not. That offer is a deal through the console and not through the publisher. You would need to reach out to Xbox support if you Have not received that content to check the account. EA Support cannot grant content to accounts for this title.
