Audio Issues - Xbox Series X
- What is your EA ID or Console ID (PSN ID/Gamertag)? Assassin Dave 7
- What platform are you playing on? Xbox Series X
- What is happening? (and what do you expect to happen instead?) Whilst not severe and constant there is a noticeable crackle/distortion reasonably frequently (every 10 seconds, sometimes more often) but not consistently. Particularly noticeable when there is dialogue.
- Does this happen in a specific area of the game? It's most notable during dialogue but happening in all areas.
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: I have tried 2 different pairs of headphones (one wired, one wireless, restarted the console, closed the game fully and reopened, changing the audio from headphones to narrow dynamic and back). The only thing I have not been able to try yet is whether the output from the TV is unaffected but if this is the case, it would indicate an issue with the way headphones are working on the game (not my headphones which are fine in other games/systems)
