Dragon Age: Veilguard does not start on PS5 (CE-108255-1)
I bought and installed Veilguard earlier today on the PS store but after a complete installation the game crashes immediately after the photosensitivity with error CE-108255-1. I tried googling but so far I was only able to find a couple of threads on reddit without a clear issue description and no fix. So far I’ve contacted EA support and the agent suggested I made a post here. Steps taken so far: Reinstalled the game Ran the game with forced performance mode Cleared cache and rebuild the database from safe mode Did another reinstall of The Veilguard Did a storage check in safe mode Another reinstall of The Veilguard Did a factory reset And another reinstall edit: forgot to mention that I’m running the latest version of PS5 OS and did a full reinstall of the OS from USB. Still no dice after the 5th reinstall During each crash I’ve send a report. The PS5 is less than 4 weeks old and other games run without issue so I’m pretty sure it’s not the device itself. I was wondering if anyone is aware of a fix or how to get further support? Thanks in advance
L2 on ps5 is stuck
the L2 trigger is stuck so i cant dodge, roll or interact with anything, thought it was my controller but isnt because works with other games i played about 6-8 hours and the L2 got me to stop playing the game, is there a way to fix it because i was enjoying it til that happened, or could be been my console being to hot and it started bugging out but doubt my console being to hot has anything to do with it.
Sacrifice of Souls Quest Unplayable
I am still limping through my first playthrough because of how motion sickness this game makes me. I am on Emmrich’s personal quest “Sacrifice of Souls,” and it goes fine until you take the key from Manfred. Then the interaction dialog doesn’t show up on the door so you can open it. It’s impassable now, and I’m pursuing the emmrich romance and want everyone to be Hero of the Veilguard before I go to the end game.
Steam - Game won't launch
I haven't played DATV in over a month or so - when I tried launching it tonight it would popup a black screen for a few seconds before closing down. I have tried the following to no avail: uninstalling & reinstalling, updating driver/gpu, deleting shade cache, running as administrator, verifying files, and restarting my computer. Nothing is working. I just want to play the game, please I need help.

I don’t know if this is fixed or not or i made error while making my character but everytime i pick trans dialogue it kept saying i love being women when i have he/him? Also sometimes i get referred to he/him when i should be but with the trans thing it’s back to women ‘i love being women’ when i don’t…WANT that. Sorry not great at explaining but I’m honestly lost? Confused? and little annoyed? What is happening??Evanuris altars that were once activated are now not
I did not experience the bug where the altars could not be activated, they worked no problem for me. However, since the recent patch, all the altars I have activated are inactive. I can go back to them, reactivate, they complete the animation, but then the map still shows 0 of 4 activated. Noticed it first in the crossroads, but it is prevalent throughout all other locations too. Playing through Steam on the Steam Deck. Anyone else experiencing this?controller stopped working after update
I'm beyond frustrated after 50+ hours in the game, playing on PC and my xbox controller is no longer recognized. I have the EA store version of the game (not steam). I've unplugged all other HID devices and repaired the game files in the EA Play app. If I turn on Enable Steam Input in the Steam app, about 1/2 the buttons will be recognized but the camera rotates, points up, and sticks -- looking up my Rook's nose. I have no idea why changing a Steam setting would have any impact. The game is unplayable now.
Kataranda the stormrider Quest bug
Can't get this side quest to show up! I’m going for the Bringdown the sky trophy and it’s the last dragon that I need but I never got the quest and I already handled the Dragon King and finished every companion and faction quest. Is there any way I can get the quest? I've reloaded past saves and replayed the quests for Taash before this one im missing and it just skips over it. Goes from the scorch dragon and then to her mom going missing. HELP!Games keeps switching to mouse and keyboard
I'm playing with a controller, and the game keeps switching to keyboard and mouse controls, making me unable to perform actions on my controller that require two buttons at the same time. I always have to use shift+tab to go into the steam overlay, leave it, and then it switches to controller again on my next controller input. It's really REALLY annoying.
Coffee With The Crows {Bug}
Playing the Steam version if it means anything— During the personal quest Coffee With The Crows after meeting with Ilario the screen will go black after the exchange for a moment, and then jump you back to before the meeting, except Ilario is no longer present to talk to so you end up stuck and having to reload.
Graphical Glitches With Face Paint
As the title says Im on Xbox Series X on performance mode and when I zoom away, the paint is properly coloured but when its in a cutscene or I zoom in, the paint turns to glittery gold. This should not be happening and its kind of frustrating:/ I added two photos One of when I am zoomed away and one when I am up close. This glittery stuff happens in conversation cutscenes too and very much in the character creator and its leading me to believe its an issue with the face paint.Error on getting "A Final Mysterious Circle" note
I finished the game and went back to before the point of no return to do some stuff so I can get the platinum trophy but I'm having trouble with the Storm Quelled trophy. I have 2 out of 3 notes required. the one missing would be "A Final Mysterious Circle", that I'm actually sure I got. I went back to the location in Arlathan also, and there is nothing there. And because of that, I can't get the platinum. :( Can someone help me or do something? I play on Play Station 5, in case that matters. SOLVED. I can't delete the post.Dragon Age: Veilguard Crashes within a minute
Just got the game on steam. It loads up, then goes into the settings selection menu. Within a few seconds, it freezes and crashes. I tried speeding through the settings, reducing graphics from Ultra to High, same thing. Graphics card (NVIDIA 4090) and Windows is already updated.
