Deluxe bonus cannot be found

Hi , 
I´ve been playing for 3 hours and there is no chest with the bonus. 
I bought the deluxe edition on epic game store. It seems that on the EA app, my game is not recognise as deluxe as I can buy the deluxe update for 20 euros... 
Any idea
