Emmrich Replenish Ability

The passive "More Vigor" and upgrade "Surge of Life" for Emmrichs "Replenish" ability currently seems bugged, depending on if the description for these nodes are correct.

"More Vigor" is supposed to give 20% charge to your ultimate as a bonus if Replenish is used in combat. Currently this bonus works outside of combat.

"Surge of Life" is supposed to give 25 rage as a bonus if Replenish is used in combat. Currently this works out of combat as well.
