I have this issue but it depends on what monitor I'm using. I have it on a 1080p 75Hz TN panel but not my usual 1440p 144Hz IPS one. However, this is the only game I have this issue with (otherwise I'd just blame my monitor). I'm guessing something about this game doesn't play well with certain displays? I haven't found a fix/setting that eliminates the issue.
edit: to clarify it’s also situational. It doesn’t happen in well lit areas but happens in foggy/dim areas and the games loading screens/menus. In D’Meta the ground looked fine meanwhile the fog looked horrible. ASUS VP248QG monitor has the issue.
Setting resolution in-game to 1600x1024 seems to eliminate/minimize the issue drastically, but that kinda looks terrible. In general changing the resolution will change the direction of the lines.
EDIT: I was able to "fix" the issue by using Nvidia's DLS to have my monitor render at 2560x1440p. Clearly something is wrong with the game that affects certain resolutions or monitor specs more than others? Either way, as a workaround I'd suggest trying messing with DLS and seeing if thats a suitable workaround for now until EA responds.
