Shader Issues - fix?

I had the game crash bug, in my case a pc crash bug, however I was able to get around it by removing the shaders.  However this made the game run horribly, constant studders, jumping around as assets where loaded, even on the lowest of settings. So I went back and started reimporting the shaders.

2459419382 - This shader was causing my pc to crash.  Removing it stopped the crashes and the game now runs great even on Ultra for me.

Note: 4238387177 - will crash the game if other lower sized shaders are not in the shader directory
