Changing game language without reinstallation

Changing game language in the game's properties is a function Origin had for years. And it was very useful function for us bilingual people. There are times I feel I  want to play in Czech and then there are times I want to play in English. In Origin, this was simple task, done in a few minutes, However, in EA App, there is no such option. And I have to ask: why? Why are you forcing us to reinstall the game whenever we simply want to change the game language? Please, make our lives easier and bring this function back ASAP. Thank you.
