AM I **bleep** BANNED?????
cant play any EA games................ ever since i did the pre alpha run in the new BF game i cant connect to the EA app none of my games will load up ( even if i install em through steam)IF they have to connect to the the app then i have a good chance the game will not run and i have done literally every thing down to manually allowing the apps connection to the internet......AM I **bleep**ING BANNED or something......cuz im starting to think that i am banned
Terrible App
Every time I try to play, it needs to update. This is already annoying but is made infuriating when it will not update. It takes quite a while to get to 2 or 3% before failing and giving an error message. I never wanted this stupid app to begin with but have to have it installed to play a game I've already purchased... if you are going to force people to use it, the least you could do is make it work properly. By the time I get done fighting with it, I'm either no longer in the mood to play or I've run out of time to. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I played this within the past two weeks... I used to purchase every Sims expansion pack and add on but you've made this such a nightmare that I'm completely done.Dear NCAA
Subject: NCAA 2026 Coaching Carousel Feedback & NFL Integration Suggestion Dear And NCAA EA Sports Team, First, I want to thank you for bringing back college football with NCAA 25 — the excitement around this return is real, and many of us truly appreciate the work you’ve put into reviving a beloved franchise. That said, I’d like to respectfully offer some feedback and a request regarding the Coaching Carousel feature, especially as we look ahead to NCAA 2026. As it currently stands in NCAA 25, the Coaching Carousel feels a bit limited. While players can move between college programs, there’s no path for user coaches to advance to the NFL, despite seeing AI coaches make the jump. For someone like me—and many others—who loves to build dynasties, create legacies, and fully immerse myself in the career side of the game, this is a pretty big letdown. It feels unfair and incomplete that AI coaches get this progression opportunity, while human players are locked out. We want to build our coaching legacy too — from a low-tier school all the way to the NFL sidelines. So I’m asking, if it’s not too late, please consider expanding the Coaching Carousel in NCAA 26 to include: Coach career progression into the NFL, not just for AI coaches but for players as well. The ability to import your coach — not just your player — into Madden, continuing the career journey from NCAA to the pros. Dynamic career paths that reflect real-world coaching movement, like OC to HC, or HC to NFL assistant roles and beyond. This kind of integration would add immense depth and replayability to the game. It would give career-mode players a full-circle experience, allowing us to truly live the coaching journey from college to the NFL. Again, thank you for bringing back NCAA Football. EA App Offline access
Hello! Firstly, I work as a seafarer, and therefore I am away from internet access 10-12 weeks at a time. Is there really no way to access the EA App for offline games, without connecting to the internet to access the app? I know you can supposedly go to offline mode, but if I have to be online to set my app to offline mode EVERYTIME I exit the app, or shut down my laptop, it kind of defeats the purpose. I can see, that this issue is a very old one. But how is it now a days? Is it being looked into? It seems like every other launcher app has a working offline mode, so how come the EA app is working so poorly in this regard. I would like to have access to my games, that I have paid for, even without internet access.
EA app feedback(mods)
I wish that the EA app would be more friendly towards mod managers and custom software/mods for games. I am trying to launch dragon age inquisition through frosty mod manager and the EA app is blocking me from doing so. Its not like I'm hacking the game to cheat my way all the way to the end game, I'm just trying to add stuff to the game. EA app is just impeding my progress. No where else to get this game besides through EA so make it modable please?
Button to locate installed games
Hello, I'm opening this thread to let you know that it is incredible that in 2025 there is still no button to allow players to locate installed games like we were able to do with the Origin App. There are thousands of threads on this forum about players unable to select a folder where the game is already installed, forcing them to install the game again. I hope you will take this into consideration. Thank you.
The New App UI is Not Intuitive.
The app layout was fine to begin with, you have installed games, and you see them on the left to quickly click on whatever game you'd like to interact with and there would be a nifty button to update or run the game from there. Now, you open the app and it shows you your home page which is just full prompts to buy buy buy and you have to click on the three lines to pull up the bar with your games and options to look at other tabs. This bar is now something that has to be pulled up instead of just being there and quickly accessible. I think the fact that it isn't a toggle in the settings, or at the very least a toggle button in itself that STAYS there is a simply bad choice. It makes using the app a bit of a chore. It's not a critical accessibility issue but it bothered me enough to actually write on a forum about it. Do not sacrifice the user experience for aesthetics. I don't want a "sleek" minimal game launcher, I want a game launcher that meets my needs and doesn't make me do extra work for something that I didn't even have to think about before.
EABackgroundService Feedback
Hello, Current: EABackgroundService service will automatically stop within about 1-2 minutes after the EA App fully exited, if correspond settings in the EA App are turned off. > The current situation may be frustrating due to privacy concerns. Expected / Feedback: There should be an option in the EA App settings to do that stopping EABackgroundService service without any delay as soon as the EA App fully exited. Thanks.
Please unban virtual machines!
I don't think I'm in the right room, but I don't know where to put it! I'm using a virtual machine: Shadow, because I can't afford a real computer, and for years I've played EA games without any problems (FIFA 22, 23, 24, and F1 games from 2017 to 2024), but since November, EA games can't be played on virtual machines! I thought it was because of cheaters, but why not just ban the cheaters? Why ban all virtual machines? I've never cheated in any game because I don't see the point, but now we're being punished because of some cheater!? Thanks, EA! Above all, we don't have a real reason why virtual machines are banned from EA games (cheaters are just a rumor), but more importantly, will we ever have a real reason or will virtual machines ever be banned? Please, EA, unban virtual machines, just ban the cheaters if that's the real reason!
