Feature Request: "Download All DLCs" button for EA App
Hello. Please add a "Download All" or "Select All" button for game add-ons and DLCs in the EA App. Currently, players have to click on each expansion individually to start the download, which is extremely frustrating and time-consuming when you own dozens of DLCs (for example, in The Sims 4). This is a basic quality-of-life feature that steam and other launchers already have. Please consider adding it in the next updates. Thank you.linatimelord6 days agoSeasoned Newcomer34Views1like1CommentStop Herassing US with EA subscription
Really, what it says in the title! I know about it, we all KNOW about IT. If we wanted to sign up for it we would. I dont need a pop up all the time in the middle of my screen to keep reminding me about it. If anything it will make myself and many others never considering getting an EA subscription just on the basic fact that you all insisted on shoving it in our faces.22Views0likes1CommentController support on PC
EA has told me through different support techs that controller support is not available on Origin and EA Play - even for games that support controllers in other PC stores like Steam, Epic, UPlay, GOG, etc which even support wired and wireless PS4 controllers. It’s very strange that I can play EA games on Steam but not on their own platform. Frankly, it’s kind of absurd and embarrassing if this was my company. Am I missing something or does EA just not want our money?ajello848 days agoNot applicable46KViews6likes7CommentsEA Launcher won't allow offline play on steam deck.
Due to absolutely nothing other than choices EA is intentionally making, single player games which run absolutely beautifully on the Steam Deck (Jedi Fallen Order, Mass Effect Legendary) won't run on the Deck if you don't have an active internet connection. There is NO fig leaf of "we don't officially support" available here. The games work great. Deck is actually the BEST way to play the ME:Legendary, the gyro controls work beautifully. It's simply that the EA launcher wants to be connected to the internet. A choice EA is intentionally making. An anti-consumer choice that shows that they care not even a little bit about their players. EA, I can't submit a support ticket about this because your support site is terribly broken, but PLEASE convey the message to someone up the chain that I will buy no further games from you until this is fixed. I play on my laptop and my deck both, in places where I do not have a good, or any, internet. Single player games MUST work in offline mode. It worked reasonably well on deck with the old launcher, long as you got online once in a while, but the new launcher seems to have made it impossible. But hey, at least I don't have to type my password in every time I launch the game now, so I guess there's that? I do not require support. Nothing is failing to work as intended. The only thing failing here is somebody in the EA decision making structure. If there's a way we can get their attention, please let us know. Comments on this post? change.org petition with a million signatures? Everyone opening a support ticket? What will it take to get someone to make a pro-consumer decision over there? Until that day though, I shall remain sad, because I wanted to give you money and play Jedi Survivor. But not until I can successfully launch it in offline mode on my Deck.la_jacus9 days agoNot applicable8.4KViews5likes8CommentsNOT SOLVED - App opens every time I close a game
The old origin app had a setting if I wanted the app to automatically open when closing a game. I always set it to not open on its own. The new app doesnt have that setting and opens every time I close a game. I dont want the app to open when I close the game. Its super annoying to have to close the app EVERY time. It literally opens for no good reason at all. This is bad design. And this is the only app that has this annoying "feature".Zasz_Zerg15 days agoSeasoned Ace78Views0likes2CommentsWhiteLabel Error Page
Every time I try to change my game spend limit it says: Whitelabel Error Page This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback. Sun Jun 29 02:22:37 UTC 2025 There was an unexpected error (type=Internal Server Error, status=500).Jnai112121 days agoNot applicable737Views4likes1CommentWindows Firewall rules
Just a quick question. I use a PUBLIC profile on my windows PC. No sharing, no remote. I notice that the EA App/EA services, but NOT games give themselves access to ALL profiles, (Domain, Private, and Public) I actually have for years checked the box to block ALL incoming Domain and Private connections as a security measure. I have never had trouble with the EA App or games login etc etc so it's not really a big deal but just curious as to why the connections are marked as ALL in the advanced firwall setting section?SolvedGawgPorkChop24 days agoSeasoned Veteran107Views0likes1CommentRestore ability to hide games in library
Since you just closed 4 year old topic suggesting restoring basic functionality (that was present in origin) here I am to create new one. Please restore ability to hide games or remove them from account. This is very important for games that are demos, betas or no longer available Why do I have to watch Bejeweled 3 every time I want to find battlefield in my library? Why do I have to watch ea sports madden nfl just because I clicked on wrong tile while I had EA Play and it was instantly added to my account? I cannot even play it, it requires me to purchase subscription again (tile is grayed out) so I really have no idea why is it even visible in my library... I want to hide all these ugly mistakes and keep my library clean. It would be plus if I could add tags or group games into custom groups but just this basic functionality of hiding games and optionally removing them from account would be great.416Views5likes8Comments- TR-BatuhanKara28 days agoNew Veteran1.4KViews1like6Comments
About to uninstall this garbage - can't disable start on bootup
For weeks now. Every single day the launcher starts up on bootup, quietly. And in the middle of the day randomly pops up with an update about a sale! I disable the "launch on startup" option. I close the app. I open the app back up. It's toggled on. I toggle it off. The next day, it pops back up in the middle of the day. Your storefront/launcher is bad and everyone who works on it should feel bad. I'm about to uninstall the last game I don't even really play just to get rid of this garbage piece of software. It's incredible how a company with so much money can't even have a basic, functional storefront/launcher in the year of our lord 2026. I guess things that were capable decades ago are just out of reach for today's companies.edgecrusherO01 month agoSeasoned Ace382Views3likes5Comments- iamkebindayo1 month agoNot applicable95Views0likes1Comment
