EA App won't launch, "Problem with shortcut" error pops up

Hello, I've been having an issue with the EA app recently. When I tried to launch it up today, I got an error message saying: "The item EALauncher.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or...

Below is the path to the EA app, navigate there, right click the file and then "Send to Desktop(create shortcut)"

"C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop\EALauncher.exe"

@EA_Barry I don't have any kind of file called "EALauncher.exe", instead there's one called IGO64.dll
