F1-26 My-Team Career Suggestion

Add in the ability to choose a head vehicle designer / engineer for example like Adrian Newey or James Allison the way you also choose your engine supplier. By choosing different head designers / engineers they would come with a different team in game. This way you can make cars also look slightly different based on the designer/engineer that you pick and it can also affect performance of the car like it would IRL. It would add just that extra step of realism to the game the same way it was added this year
