Contracts update.
Hi. Don't know about anyone else but I would like to see more depth regarding contracts on the next game. Maybe things like AI who aren't staying on at teams or haven't agreed new contracts and who could be favourite for that seat. Also if you start in f2 rather then picking which team you want to join, teams should approach you regarding profomance and driving style.21Views3likes1CommentReshade
I used to be able to play F1 25 with Reshade without the Bypass, but since 09/10 it stop working and a I can't play online anymore with it. I was wondering if the anticheat was updated or anybody have any other ideia? I don't know why they block Reshade since you don't have any advantage using it. And if it was not supposed to be working I really don't know what I did to make it work.JeffJrxx2 days agoRising Traveler8Views0likes0CommentsWe need more basic liveries! ;More customisation!
We seriously need more basic liveries for livery customisation! There’s only a handful of liveries without fake sponsors plastered all over them, they could do so much more with the customisation but they continue to strangle it and hold it back. What’s the point in enhancing my team if you don’t allow us to truly create our own team visually?! The customisation in this franchise feels so ‘controlled’ and neutered it may as well not be a thing at all.113Views2likes10CommentsAI ARE TOO OP IN THE WET EA/CODEMASTERS PLEASE LISTEN
I know so many people have discussed this before me but I've just attempted to do a full wet race in Brazil in my myteam career. 5 laps in after I'd been overtaken by every ai and was 3 seconds a lap slower than them a lap, I retired because I have better things to do than drive 36 laps around a track and finish last a lap down to the closest car. In the sprint race on the same difficulty I finished higher than I qualified in 10th. To be honest, I don't know why I'm even bothering to mention this since ea and codemasters would rather just ignore everyone's problems. Maybe if ea or codemasters actually hired someone to test their games before they released them, they would be good. With the ai racecraft improvements this year I have had good moments in f1 25. However, as time goes on I'm starting to lose interest in the series. The patches which claim to fix the issues with the game actually do nothing and are just an excuse for codemasters and ea to forget about the game and make us wait another year hoping the next game will be better but will still have fundamental flaws.Solvedbvwmj775oemu2 days agoSeasoned Newcomer329Views1like10CommentsMonza Update
Appreciate this is highly unlikely, but are there any plans to work on a Monza track update? New layout, gravel and kerbs have been used twice now in real life, and completely appreciate this was never going to be updated in F1 24, but would be great to see an update for this years game if possible (mostly posting so I can take Ascari chicane without going into orbit off the sausage kerbs)Pounder_Ranger963 days agoSeasoned Rookie50Views1like2CommentsHoping for team performance adjustment with the mid-September patch
I’ve been taking my sweet time through my 1st season of my team. After completing 11 100% races, Max Verstappen has won all but 2 of them, having taken pole at 10 starts. He leads the championship by a large margin. The McLaren’s are nowhere near. My Team car is not challenging for wins, but it’s a bit annoying for the licenced game to be so unrepresentative of reality. I’m hoping that the announced mid-September patch will include a team performance adjustment that will bring the grid closer to reality.CharlesAD6 days agoNew Novice104Views4likes3CommentsLivery Save Options in Career Mode Idea
F1 World gives you the option you load saved liveries that have been previously made, which is a great feature if someone wants to go back and edit a livery for later use. However, career mode does not let you save a car or load a previously made livery. This would be a great idea to put into the game for making special 1 offs cars, as you can easily load your previous, main car without having to move all the sponsor/positions back to how they were. (Even then you wouldnt be able to replicate it perfect) This not being a feature is annoying for if i like a previous car design ive made and also puts me off making special liveries due to the hassle and annoyance of the sponsors not saving in their position.Footie_Man226 days agoSeasoned Newcomer28Views1like2CommentsHow does Driver moves in driver career work?
Question about driver moves. In a driver career can you switch it off during the career or only set at the start? And when the player moves teams do you pick which driver you replace? And what happens to the seat you leave- does the correct ai take it? ThanksDarthsausage446 days agoRising Veteran66Views0likes6CommentsSuggestion: Add Franco Colapinto to the F1 25 grid
It would be great to replace Jack Doohan with Franco Colapinto, since Doohan is not currently part of Formula 1, while Colapinto has already made his debut in the series. Including Colapinto would make the game represent the real grid more accurately and also give visibility to a young driver with huge potential. I’m sure many players would appreciate this update to keep the game as realistic as possible.MATI_M0L7 days agoSeasoned Newcomer179Views2likes3Comments- 1.6KViews8likes94Comments
[Suggestion] Choose your driver number freely in Career mode
Hi guys, with Isack Hadjar having gotten his first podium in his rookie season, I think it's pretty obvious that the number 6 will be gone for good. And this is a massive problem for me, because I have a personal narrative in the My Team career, and if we get back the owner driver scenario in future F1 games, I will never be able to play it out again because the 6 is blocked. This is why this suggestion must be put into action in the next F1 game, and it's choosing any number for your driver, regardless if another driver has it or not. It's personally very important for me to have the 6 available for my narrative if we get the owner driver scenario back. Now, there should be limitations for this though. Obviously, the 1 shouldn't be accessible, since it's reserved for the reigning champion. The 17 should also be inaccessible for the obvious reason that Jules Bianchi had it when he died in Suzuka 11 years ago. Other than that, all numbers from 2 to 99 should be accessible. And if that's not possible because of "licensing reasons", then AT THE VERY LEAST give us the numbers 02 to 09, just like NASCAR does it, so we can choose our desired number without picking an already given number. That should be incredibly easy. I deliberately didn't include 01, since this to me also shows the car as number 1, which obviously isn't possible. Thank you. - NicoLuckyNico927 days agoSeasoned Ace123Views0likes6CommentsMy honest observations about the game
Even after all these months, I still can’t decide whether this game is good or not. It’s good, because compared to F1 24 you achieved a significant improvement. That game was the embodiment of a catastrophe, while 25 fixed some stupid things. It’s good, because the handling is enjoyable (compared to F1 24, which was a joke), the graphics are fine, and you finally introduced the option to apply special liveries to the regular F1 25 cars, not just through the F1 World option (which, let’s be honest, was pretty lame). However, F1 25 also has plenty of problems – you still haven’t solved the “train effect.” Just like in 24, you can follow all the cars for like 100 laps without any real consequences. And if that weren’t enough, once again, just like in 24, the person who wins the race is simply the one who's sitting in the most favorable position behind P1 on the last lap, then just uses DRS + ERS to breeze past when the time comes. That’s what everyone try to do in online races, and it’s bad. You guys has just killed pure racing. It's now "waiting for the moment racing", not F1. While in F1 23 tire management and strategies like offset pit stops actually mattered, in F1 25 you don’t need to care about such things. You just need to keep pace, and after spending 32 laps in a DRS train, if you’re positioned well, you just make the overtake – and that’s bad. On top of that, ERS still recharges way too quickly and is way too overpowered compared to how easily it can be replenished. The dirty air you promised - it's not a quarter as harmful as you advertised. The tires are impossible to overheat. I can slide as much as I want, the tire temps will never go above the optimal range, unless I play with my monitor turned off and start doing donuts. Oh, and the crossplay? – it’s unplayable. The cars are way too easy to drive once again this year, requiring no special challenge or skill whatsoever. The dustier racing line we had back in 2023 disappeared in 2024, and it looks like it’s gone forever, because it hasn’t returned in 25 either. Racing against the AI is still unenjoyable, because while there are some tracks where you managed to balance their strength quite well, on most tracks they’re far too fast on the straights. That wouldn’t even be a problem if they lost some time in the corners to balance it out, but that’s not the case at all. They use ERS in a way like no one in the world ever did. Their tire management is flawless. They are on the limit all the time. So how does this make sense? The Safety Car is just as inconsistent like ever before – sometimes it comes out for things it really shouldn’t, and other times there’s a wreck sitting right in the middle of the track, but I guess Mayländer is off having dinner somewhere, so he has no intention of coming out. With the expanded setup options, I assume your goal was to allow players to run with a wider variety of configurations. However, despite this, almost everyone ends up using the exact same setup, because your concept is executed so poorly that there’s no point in experimenting with clever ideas – they simply won’t work. So with this kind of implementation, the broader setup range is completely pointless. If you keep this up, guys, your sales are going to keep dropping year after year, and in the end you’ll just shrug and say, “players don’t want to play F1 anymore.” But we do want to – just not in a form that takes everything into an arcade direction.EyezOfAPsycho7 days agoSeasoned Novice44Views1like1CommentF1 track limits
The track limits is really bad, you can spin in s corner and go into the gravel, and not get pinged for track limits in time trial, but you can’t touch the white line with just one tire, and then you’ll get pinged for track limits, it’s especially bad around Monzarallekr157 days agoNew Novice43Views2likes1CommentDone with the game until you fix the wet weather.
Racing for points at Hungary, good battle for 8-11th places, everything is going fine. Then the rains came and my entire race went for a you know what. Suddenly on inters the cars I was having a really solid battle with are 2 seconds a lap faster than me because even with TC set to medium I can hardly keep the rear end of the car under me out of corners while the AI sprints off like it’s dry and I end up in last place. Nearly every event this season has had some sort of rain session, aside from the desert ones though I am a little surprised at even that. It’s okay in practice, and funnily enough in qualifiying, sprint quali for Spa was inters and I managed a top ten lap time. The problem comes in the race where the AI doesn’t seem to actually be affected by the rain on corner exit while I am doing everything in my power, including exiting a second gear corner in 4th gear, and still getting wheel spin. So, until someone at EA/Codemasters wants to address this real, actual issue with the game and give the player car the same grip as the AI , or at least the ability to turn rain off entirely, instead of giving us fancy McLaren liveries and other junk we don’t need with the game in this state it is in, I think I will simply give it up as pointless and move on to something else.tn1327 days agoRising Vanguard649Views17likes26Comments
