Hi. Do this: go to game proprieties in library>updates>copy id number;
go to steam support>games, softwares, etc>search bf 2042;
copy page link; you will see this: https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGame/?appid=1517290
now, replace appid="number" for beta id number.
for finish, remove from your steam library.

I hope they will soon add the option to remove games from the library (collection) that we have added with a subscription is. Not the purchased games. In Origin there was such an option.
