Games Times synchronised

Any news about the hours synchronisation problem? I re-downloaded the EA app tody and nothing has changed. I still have only 3 hrs in BF1 vs 1200 on Origin...

It's a feature that's currently not in the EA app @Mellerkipper. That means that your hours played from Origin won't appear in the EA app and vice versa. 

Soo anything new? Anything updated? Are we getting our hours synced or not?

@EA_Jason that is weird as for some reason my hours played from origin haven't carried over to in the EA app for the sims 4.

But for the sims 3 it has.

I played the sims 3 for the last time a couple of months ago which was 3 hours or so which was seen on origin as well. (installed the EA app today 28-8-2022)

For the sims 4 I have played 1258 hours and I would like to see that on EA play as well

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. I have 2900 hours on Apex in Origin. I'd like to keep a record of it ...

At this point (funny enough) thats the ONLY reason I''m not transfering to EA App. 

My EA APP is showing me that I last played BF2042 on October 12th but I played it on the 13th and 14th, so its also not updating the time played either. It was working at first last week but then just stopped randomly. I already reinstalled both the app and game.
