I've seen complaints about this going back to 2021 and its been almost 4 years since then. Every-time, someone says that EA is aware of the problem. I'm just making this post to remind EA that its frustrating and the issue STILL remains. It's so annoying to pay a lot money to not use something when I want to. I'm going to try to switch back to origin after this bc I want to be able to play the sims whevere I am without worrying about wifi.
Agreed, why is internet needed for offline single player games. I would understand if it was like, once a week but not every flipping time?
Agreed. It's never going to be fully permanantly offline for single player games.
Your post makes a good point. A periodical signin check. Say once a week, one every 14 days, or better once a month.
This is really annoying lately as I am playing only single player.
It's a pointless, and baffling policy. I don't see a good reason for this inconvenience for customers.
Please fix EA - Periodical signin should be easily do able. Thank you.
