We do not randomly delete games from people's accounts. As long as you sign into the EA app with the same EA account as you used to sign into Origin, your games / DLCs should be there. 

However, we are currently investigating two issues:

Previously Owned Games/DLCs Missing from EA app Library Since Nov. 15, 2023

Newly Purchased Games/DLCs Not Showing in EA app Library Since Nov. 24, 2023
