I'm right there with you, every time I log on to play sims (the only thing I'll give EA money for) I spend more time fidgeting with the app trying to get it to update only for it to inevitably fail multiple times, or for me to have to troubleshoot my way into getting into the game at all.. By the time I finally have it working I don't want to play anymore. This app has truly taken away a hunk of my joy for the Sims.
