Unable to downoad any PRO games from the EA app on PC

I am still unable to download any games on my EA Pro subscription. I am playing on the PC, through the EA app. I have tried everything the "help desk" suggested. I am able to download and play the ga...

@ESBravo33 Contact EA Help on Twitter via DM, they will solve it for you if possible, email and chat support is incompetent.

I will give it a try, but I do not have high expectations. Whoever I talk with or email with keep sending me to the Answers HQ.
