EA App Installation taking forever

I wanted to play a game with my friend which I bought a key for and to play this game I need to download the EA app, which of course would usually be no problem. So I started downloading the app and noticed that it takes forever to install the EA app itself, which was weird to me. I started looking everywhere for fixes and tried everything but nothing could help so I just accepted it and had patience for the app installation to finish. After around 3 hours the white installation bar was almost complete and I was so excited to finally play with my friend and have fun, just to witness the white bar fully resetting itself after it was fully done and starting from the beginning again. This happended just before I was writing this, now I will patiently wait again for the installation bar to finish, hoping that it will not RESET again. I was so happy and felt like a kid again to play with my friend after a long time just to witness this, which really pulled me down. Hoping for someone to help.
