I am attempting to update my EA ID / Public Display Name across both the official EA Account portal (account.ea.com) and the EA Desktop App to Silizid.

When attempting to save this change, the system blocks the request and triggers a generic filtering error. I would like to bring the following details to your attention:

- Availability: I have verified that the username "Silizid" is not currently taken or registered by another account.
- Filter Issue: The error appears to be a false positive triggered by the automated profanity/naming filter rather than an availability conflict.
- Scope: The issue persists across both the web interface (EA Account portal) and the EA Desktop App nickname feature.

"Silizid" (Silicide) is a standard chemical term with no inappropriate or offensive meaning, and I use this handle consistently across all other gaming platforms.

Could you please manually review this username or flag it as an exception in the system so I can complete the name change?
