App authenticator.

App authenticator.

I have app authenticator activated on my account. The problem is that it doesn't ask for authentication every time, but directly lets me enter a username and password. 
My other question is that when my at is activated it makes me choose between sending the code to my email, phone or authenticator.I have explicitly set only out to use authenticator in the settings.
