Expansions pack cannot be downloaded

Hi everyone. Last night, I downloaded the base game on my new laptop and saw that all the packs were queued for download.

I really wanted to play right away, so I stopped the queue and jumped straight into the game. The problem is that now I can't download them— it just says 'Play' and nothing else. Any ideas?

All packs were bought through EA app

    Do you have the "Manage" button next to the "Play" button? If so, you should have the option to "Manage add-ons", that's where you see all the packs you have and that you can install.

    Hi Annie, 

    In "manage add-ons" the status is "installed" for all my packs :(

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Additionally, in the history of downloads, there is only base game and one pack:
