Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

Crysis 3 Soundtrack and Need for Speed Rivals + 13 DLCs has been removed from my account and the support is not able to help. And since I own the game on Steam, both EA and Steam are playing the blame game that everything is fine on both sides.

Does anyone here who bought the game on Origin/EA App have the same issue or is it only affecting users who bought the games on Steam?

My NFS Rivals has the same problem, I wanted to get nostalgic so I bought the game, like OWN it, so when I come to the EA play App, it says that my NFS Rivals among with all the DLCs were removed for an unlisted reason. I bought it on Xbox and still having the same issue as you did with steam, so for sure it is the EA responsibility.
