Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

the same! A lot of games is removed for no reason... including BF2024 what is ordered in Epic store! What to do? 

Same issue seems to be occurring to me I'm missing the Dragon Age Inquisition GOTY Edition I got from Epic alongside the only three sims 4 dlcs I own(ed?).

Clearing cache has done nothing I only keep getting the 'remover for an unlisted reason' message'.

@EA_Leeuw Why is this still marked as 'solved'?

Also, the in-launcher error report doesn't seem to be working 'Your error report encountered an error'

At this point it seems like a f-ing joke.

I have the same issue. I opened the EA app and all of my purchases were gone with the message we all have been seeing. I was able to get all of the one's that i purchased directly from EA back by refreshing the app, but all of the games i bought through EPIC are still missing.

Having the exact same issue with Dragon Age Inquisition from EPIC games ☹️

Tried to open it from the folder it was installed to and got the message:

Game ownership disabled or deleted

Your access to this game has ben restricted.

Same here. I got it for free (DA:I) on the Epic Games app and it wanted me to link it to EA.....next time i go to play it, EA says it has been removed for an unknown reason,.... this is annoying....

I've also had DA2, DAI and the old school ME1 and ME2 being removed due to "unlisted reason". I still have DAO and ME3 on the app. I assume that this is a network fault on EA's side. Hope that it gets fixed, or there will be a lot of unhappy people including myself.

I just had twelve items removed from my account, with absolutely 'ZERO' explanation as to why.

These are all games I have purchased through STEAM, and my STEAM/EA Accounts are connected. I have receipts for each game. How do I fix this?

@GhostSentinel263  Just happen to me today! >: mine is ultimate edition DA2 and i was on the best part how can this be happening? any fix for it? i've put repair and restart still nothing! 

It's on my steam menu still, i didn uninstall. how can they do this 

I'm with you....I'm very unhappy right now cause i wanna play DA:I right now and here this is ruining my day.....I'm just glad i am not the only person this is happening to....

I "cleared cache" like twice now.....NOTHING!

Yeah, I just got back to my PC and I see this... EA is up to something crazy right now that's for sure. I guess I can't play DA:I right now :/ I hope they fix this ASAP

I think ea might have been hacked or something since i still have accses to all my games on steam and epic

What did they mess up with the Epic Store?

All of my games along with Dragona Age indogsision is also gone from my library, most of my games were purchased thru steam.

I don't think clearing cache is going to do anything. The issue with probably with EAs servers as it seems to be impacting many (maybe all) gamers on PC. It's * that you can buy a game but the company producing the game can prevent access at any point even by accident. I paid for the game, I should actually own it and be able to do what I want with it. 

They are so inundated with issues that they're official help site is no longer working.

I was playing titanfall 2 then I closed it to play a different games then after I was wanting to play more of titanfall 2 and they just removed my access

@fenrisproi just started it like last week haha. pretty interesting to me at least. Reminds me of skyrim ❤️ WHY NO REPAIR YET EA?!?!?!?
