Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

@7777070707 log out of the app and log back, see if it is restored. I have re-linked my xbox to ea so lost all my progress but everything seems to be working again, can anyone with sims dlc's confirm, steam or xbox

    Yeah it worked for me too.
    I logged out from EA then logged back and everything's working now.

    Mine is too! I've never had this before and i've followed so much advise and tops from forums. 
    Clear Cache, uninstall + Install, Hard reset, change Locale settings, run as Admin, EA Updater on app settings, EA APP installer repair, Clicked "repair" on app and waiting over 90 mins, enabled Beta:TUF-8 for world wide. Literally EVERYTHING. 

    WHAT IS GOING ON!

  • I contacted support yesterday over this issue.  I had the usual advice of re-installing, clearing cache, restarting, all that stuff.  I told them I've tried doing that many times, but my games still keep getting removed.  They said a bug report has been passed on, so I'm hoping someone is working on this issue.  But I doubt it very much.

    Whilst I'm not happy others are in the same boat as me, I am kinda glad it's not my PC or mods!!

  • I am so sick that this thread is labelled as "solved".  It is not solved! You are still removing my games every two days, and I still have to keep resetting my cache every two days.  That is not a solution! I have contacted support, they seemed clueless and have apparently passed on the issue to the techs, but I very much doubt that.  Is anyone going to confirm that this is being looked into, or are you just going to keep shoving everyone's issue into this one thread and keep ignoring it? Your EA launcher app in general is absolute rubbish, the amount of times I have to open up my task manager and end all EA background tasks in order to restart the app is madness.  I've tried re-installing it, many times, no changes, it still performs poorly.  Do any of you care about quality of service? Or do you just want money?
