Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?
About a week ago, i opened EA App and downloaded and installed Mass Effect Andromeda for another play through. Everything downloaded fine, and the game was ready to play. I opened the app to play last night to have the number of games in my library diminished by over half, with a warning saying "This content has been removed for an unlisted reason". (see screenshot for reference)
I went on to EA help. I followed the instructions. Nothing gave me a live chat help window. Eventually i got an email that reads:
Hi Healthcover,
Thanks for using EA Help. We have created case number 185466793 and this unique access key for your question: 77ed8542. A Game Advisor will contact you soon.
When I click on the link, it takes me the case, and the button "resume case" appears. I click on this, and it simply takes me to the EA help homepage, and does not take me anywhere else.
Why is it so hard to speak to someone from EA to find out why 20+ of my games have been removed for an "unlisted reason". I understand EA want to use Answers HQ for run of the mill stuff, but this is far from run of the mill, and i need to talk to someone about it. Why is it impossible to do so?
Games i have owned for many years and played many hours of should not be removed, and I should be able to contact EA without spending over an hour going in circles on the silly website.
Can anyone provide any type of link to connect to live help? Because i don't seem to be able to connect to anyone at all.
Thanks for your time
Healthcover.
