Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

Hi there,

So after talking with 4 different advisors and being told they repaired it and to come post here, here I am. 

"Fixes" I've tried:

• deleting EA app, restarting PC, reinstalling EA App
• running EA app as administrator
• Moving download folders
• installing with no DLC
• deleting/refreshing the cache
• verified no firewalls are stopping it
• probably a few other hundred things

Any help that's not the same troubleshooting guides would be awesome. Thanks.
