Season 2 battle pass

Having purchased the phantom addition before launch i was looking forwards to playing the game through the EA app but couldn't play due to issues with the app these issues were resolved. And a lot of players were compensated with free boosts and a free season 1 battle pass unfortunately i was not provided with this free battle pass due to it be included in the phantom addition but we were assured that phantom addition players would receive season 2 battle pass free as compensation for the fiasco at launch with e EA app. i have not received my free battle pass and I'm wondering when this will be resolved. How many other player are experiencing the same issue.
