Having purchased the phantom addition before launch i was looking forwards to playing the game through the EA app but couldn't play due to issues with the app these issues were resolved. And a lot of players were compensated with free boosts and a free season 1 battle pass unfortunately i was not provided with this free battle pass due to it be included in the phantom addition but we were assured that phantom addition players would receive season 2 battle pass free as compensation for the fiasco at launch with e EA app. i have not received my free battle pass and I'm wondering when this will be resolved. How many other player are experiencing the same issue.
I'm having the same issue. Received the compensation during the first season, but still don't have the season pass for the second season, and I refuse to buy something I was promised.
