Still missing FIFA 16 from my library, even though I have purchased it.

Ever since the update from Origin to EA Play, I have been missing FIFA 16 from my library, same issue with FIFA 15 but I was able to download by clicking on the game through a friends game list and it taking to the store page, any assistance would be appreciated, thank you.
