Hi EA team,

I’m writing because my EA account was recently banned, but it had been hacked before. I already contacted your support and successfully recovered the account, and then I linked it to my PlayStation account, not knowing that it was already sanctioned.

I never broke any rules or did anything wrong. I believe the ban was due to activity that happened while the hacker had control of my account.

Now I can’t play EA SPORTS FC 25 on PS5, and I’m stuck with a blocked EA account linked to my PSN. I just want to either:

1. Get the ban reviewed and removed
   or
2. At least unlink my PSN so I can connect it to a clean EA account.

I’m attaching a screenshot of the email your assistant sent me when I recovered the account, as proof that the case was already reported and fixed.

Please help me resolve this.
