Recuperação de conta

Good morning. A few months ago, my EA account was hacked, and I haven't been able to resolve the issue. At the time, I purchased Battlefield 2042 and couldn't access the game because the hacker changed all my information, including my email address, and I couldn't recover it even with support. Today, I asked again to try to recover it via support. It still has my old ID, which is (UD3XT3R). When I log in to any EA game and try to open it through my STEAM account, the following message appears, which I have attached below. I have already tried Steam support, but they say that only the game's support team can resolve it. The hacker's email is (ka*****@puercomail.com) and they changed my email to the one above. I would really like to play BATTLEFIELD 6 on my STEAM, but I am facing this problem. I would like to be able to recover my EA account. Could you please help me?
