This is truly unacceptable. I can't play the games I bought for no apparent reason, simply because EA doesn't want to spend the extra time and resources to resolve the situation with my region's occupation. They won't even offer refunds for games I can buy, but as usual, I can't play. EA's disregard for people has become the company's standard.
