Absurd attitude towards people from Zaporizhzhia, from EA

I'm in Zaporizhzhia, a city under Ukrainian control. I bought various EA games, but now I can't even log in and play them, and no one's planning on giving me a refund. I don't understand how the residents of Zaporizhzhia deserved such poor treatment. Spending an hour looking at an up-to-date map of the occupied territory in the region would be no problem for a large corporation like EA, but they simply don't care about the people who are already suffering because of the war. I hope they either refund me for everything I bought from them, or they find a shred of conscience and fix the connection issue for people who are already suffering every day because of the situation in the country, and are also getting slapped in the face by EA, who literally swindled them out of the money they spent on their products.
