Cannot access old account.
Hello there.
Well, my problem is: like 10-15 years ago i registered EA acc with ****@gmail.ru - exactly gmail.ru. And yes, such domain doesn't exist - it was a typo back then.
But, i guess, EA didn't ask for confirmation back then so i could register it like this.
My actual emal is ****@gmail.com - just different domain.
I do remember my password though.
When i bought BF 2042, i could login via Steam without confirmation.
But for now it asks me to enter code sent to *gmail.ru email - and i can't do it 'cause this email doesn't exist and never was.
I've tried to contact support via forms - no responses.
Today i've tried to contack support - they asked me 3 questions: IP address, EA Pro purchase, last loging.
And that's kinda hard to answer since i have dynamic IP and all my logins were via Steam.
And, ofc, i couldn't answer question 100% correctly.
There are 2 main problems for me:
1. That acc is linked to my Steam acc.
2. That acc is using my common nickname.
And even if i buy BF6 via Steam, i won't be able to play it.
So, is there any way to retrieve / delete that acc?
