Cant change unaccessible email

Unfortunately, the email address linked to this account is no longer accessible (it was a my university domain; yeah its true:), so I can’t log in through the usual method - only via connected accounts (right now, I accessed it through Steam by launching FIFA 22).

Is it possible to reset or change the email ?
I still have the game keys, but I’m not 100% sure whether they’ve been redeemed on this account or not.

I tried creating a support request, but those request not showing in the support tickets and when I click on chat buttons -> nothing happening.
