FC 27 Ultimate Edition Season 1 Premium Pass Missing

Hello EA Support,

I purchased EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Edition for PS5, but I have not received the Season 1 Premium Pass.

I checked the Season Pass section in FC 27, and it asks me to pay 1,000 FC Points for the Premium Pass, even though I purchased the Ultimate Edition.

I have already received the 2,000 FC Points included with my Ultimate Edition, but the Season 1 Premium Pass is still missing from my account.

Please check my purchase and account and confirm why the Premium Pass has not been added.

If I am eligible for the Premium Pass, please add it to my account.
