Good afternoon, my name is Nikolai, I'm from Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. This morning I accessed the EA app without any problems, but this evening it showed an error about service limitations. I gave my friend my account details, and he's from Lviv, and he accessed it without any problems. I decided to try a VPN and was able to launch the app. Could you tell me why this happened? I can't access the app without a VPN anymore.
Same issue started from today. Dear Electronic Arts, the city of Zaporizhzhya is the territory of Ukraine and is subject to the laws and Сonstitution of Ukraine. Our town was never and hopefully will never be occupied. The restrictions applied to sanctioned regions should NOT be extended to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
