i can't unlink other ea mail, please help me ea support

hello, i have a problem with my ea account. my steam account "pedrocris" is connected to the ea account "the_sprout_god", but i don't have access to the email linked to that ea account. i played battlefield using it, but now i can't unlink that email or connect my own. i also can't contact support because i don't have access to the linked email. please help me unlink the old email and connect my current email, which i’m using to contact you.
