Need help w lost account

Hello i need help getting my EA account back.

So,what happened is my phone where i had my ea password is broken,and now i can't turn it on.And i can't even open my ea acc cause i forgot my password and trying reseting it says:Check gmail. but i cant check gmail cuz my phone is dead and i can't login into it on my pc cuz i don't remember the password.Is there any way to get my ea account back???I have the proof it was mine in case it will help to get it back.Also i'm writing this from other acc cuz i cant get into that one here
