Subject: Cannot access my FC Mobile account (stuck on sync / login issue)
Hello,
I am having a serious issue accessing my EA SPORTS FC Mobile account.
My main account details:
Nickname: ezid
Overall rating: 120
Level: approximately 51
I was actively playing just 3–4 days ago
Currently, when I try to log in, the game shows a save data conflict screen. After selecting any option, the game starts an endless loading process and I cannot enter the game.
The game also shows a second account with rating 65, but this account does not belong to me. It has:
a Russian-language nickname (not mine)
level around 17
I have never played on this account
I do not understand why this account appears, but it is not related to me.
I have already tried:
clearing the game cache
restarting my phone
logging in with different Google accounts
checking Google Play Games
However, nothing worked. The game still gets stuck on synchronization/loading.
I also have a purchase in the game linked to one of my Google accounts.
Please help me restore access to my main account ezid (120) or fix this synchronization issue.
