Subscription problems

Hello.

I have an active EA Play subscription purchased through Steam. The next payment date is June 24, so the subscription is active.

The problem is with It Takes Two. The game launches only as the Friend's Pass / Friend Version and after a few hours of gameplay asks me to purchase the full version, even though the game is included with EA Play.

What I have already done:

• Verified that EA Play subscription is active in Steam.
• Reinstalled It Takes Two completely.
• Cleared EA App cache.
• Logged out and back into EA App.
• Unlinked Steam from an old EA account and linked it to the correct EA account.
• Restarted Steam, EA App and the PC multiple times.

Despite all of this, the game still launches only as Friend's Pass and the main menu says "Friend Version" and asks me to purchase the full game.

Could you please check whether my EA Play entitlement for It Takes Two is correctly assigned to my EA account and help resolve this issue?
