Unprocessed Case 255237640: Unauthorized Steam link issue

Hello Community Managers. I am creating this post because live chat support agents keep ending my chat sessions without escalating my issue or offering a solution. Case ID is 255237640. SteamID64 is 76561198440290958 with login kirka_79 and display name kirka_ea_99. My Steam account was fraudulently bound to a hacker account qq*****@mail.ru. My legitimate EA email is [edit: email address removed]. My Steam account was NEVER linked to any EA account before this security breach. I have provided official written proof from Steam Support confirming they cannot access EA systems and instructing EA Support to resolve the issue. Live chat support agents refuse to transfer the ticket to the Account Security or Terms of Service Team, which is the only department capable of manually removing this link. Could a Community Manager please step in and push Case 255237640 to the Account Security team for manual unlinking? Thank you!
