i have just downloaded the sims 4 and it won’t let me start to play the game? i can only press on properties and then it’s saying i need to put something in for advanced launch options but i don’t know what to put in that box yet do i even know what that is
fejyof931ypt For the advanced launch options, you don't need to put anything in the box. The prompt is an invitation to add a launch option, not a message about a requirement.
For the issue launching Sims 4 itself, what do you see where the Play button should be? A screenshot would be helpful. And did you install the game through the EA App or Steam? Additionally, does it help to clear the EA App's cache and restart your computer?
