I opened my EA app today and found that my sims 4 and my sims 2 ultimate collection are gone and
It says I have no games.
They were there last night as I that was the last time played the sims 2
I also noticed that about a week ago my shortcut for the sims 2 had disappeared from my desktop.
Can someone please help!
This has happened to me, my library is completely empty
Me to today no games listed , and friends list doesnt show any friends
I was playing the sims yesterday without any problem and now suddenly it's not in my library saying it's available only for windows
Same for me, no games are displayed in the library and even when restarting the app "cannot connect to EA server"

I have the same problem. Try booting EA app in offline mode. For me the sims 4 appeared as playable and I could launch my game without anymore problems after that. I don’t know if it will work for anybody else but it worked for me.

App recovery and restarting the app hasn't helped much today. Suddenly my games were back in the menus, but then all my friends were gone. So they have some serious issues with the EA app and servers today.
