buying expansion packs doesnt work

I really want to buy the seasons expansion pack now that its on sale, but no debit card ive tried has worked, and i dont have anything else to pay with. Ive tried mine, my friends and stepdads card but nothing seems to work. Ive restarted my laptop and uninstalled/installed the launcher but it wont work, ive also tried purchasing online but that doesnt work either... am i the only one with this problem?
