Can't see my downloads

So i have just bought and downloaded 4 kits Sweet Allure, Sleek Bathroom, Business Chic, and Refined Living Room. I have downloaded them and it says they are in my library and are ready to play with, but once i get into the game all four of them say i don't own them and are currently unavailable to purchase. I've repaired my game multiple times, cleared the cache, removed all my mods and cc, and made sure my sims 4 pack folder was next to the game in my applications. They still say i don't own them in game and I have no idea how to fix this.
