Charged twice for kit

I bought the sweet allure kit today and was charged twice, originally it wouldn't let me download the kit and kept saying to purchase it. I was able to fix that issue by logging out of the EA app and...

I came here to get help with this exact issue! Same kit same situation, I'll come back to this if I can find an answer. Teamwork! lol
